For gaining admission into the course the student needs to pass with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology in any of the following examinations
  • Intermediate examination in Science.
  • The first year of the three year degree course in Science.
  • 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science.
  • Pre-degree examination or PUC (Pre- university Course).  PCM/PCB/PCMB or Any other qualification approved by the     Pharmacy council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
 
B.Pharm - Bachelor of Pharmacy

A candidate seeking admission to B.Pharm Programme must have  Passed  + 2 or equivalent in Science stream with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics.

Admission to B.Pharm II year for Diploma in Pharmacy Holders. 

Admission Procedure           :

Through CET Councilling conducted by Director of Medical Education, Government of Karnataka

 
M.Pharm - Master of Pharmacy

Eligibility
B.Pharm Degree from a institution recognized by     the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and AICTE with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

Admission Procedure         :

Through PGCET Councilling  and as per the rules and regulations of the affiliated University / Government from time-to-time.
                                             

The minimum qualifications required for admission to the course is as indicated below: 

  • He or she must obtain a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • An SC/ST student needs to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • 50% marks aggregate for Teachers having 5 years teaching experience.
